My parents purchased an unit from Brooks. When the unit went out the service tech Chris was quick to get to the house and was very nice to my Mom. My Mom is a very nervous person so he was patient and kind to her which I though very highly of. I have used this company for years on the maintenance of my heating and air units. They have been reliable and delivered good service. My wife likes that they vacuum before they leave and they wear protective booties over their shoes so they don't mess up her carpet. They have showed up at midnight more than once when it was 100 degrees and my AC went out. I am happy with their service. Sometimes I think their prices are a bit too high but overall they are in line with other companies in the area. I would recommend them.

Called them for quote, had the lowest "show up price" , I wasn't home and they came that day, diagnosed the problem to be a small part causing the issue, and replaced it on the spot. Less than $150 bucks total including the price to show up and figure out the issue. Straight up bad to the bone. I was dying and they got me back to being cold in a jiffy.
